Through our supply chain approach, which is grounded in the principles of decent work, we aim to strengthen ethical values and social responsibility in the workplace. Protecting workers’ rights, improving living and working conditions, and preventing child labor are the main focuses of our efforts in this area.
This journey is part of the “Harvesting the Future Project,” . Since then, we have been conducting field-based initiatives that rely on direct engagement with all stakeholders within the supply chain.
Through employer-employee meetings held at worksites, we identify existing risks and establish emergency response mechanisms and implement them. Throughout all these processes, we operate without compromising the principles of transparency, participation, and sustainability.
We are steadfastly continuing our efforts to strengthen our commitment to sustainable production and promote the widespread adoption of ethical supply chains.
