The program is based on decent work principles, improving workers' living and working conditions, and preventing child labor by raising awareness.

Our work in this area started with the "Harvesting the Future Project", which we started to carry out together with FLA (Fair Labor Association) in 2017.

We carry out our work within this scope together with all actors in the supply chain. It is based on conducting employer/worker interviews at the work sites, identifying risks, proposing and implementing emergency response mechanisms.

We continue to carry out our activities to ensure sustainability in the products that are the subject of the study.
