The "Harvesting the Future" Project aims to improve the living and working conditions of agricultural workers in accordance with the principles of decent work.
As part of the project, efforts are being made to ensure that employees are hired in compliance with legal regulations and under safe conditions; the goal is to strengthen a rights-based approach in the workplace.
At the same time, efforts are being made to raise awareness about the fight against child labor, with the aim of fostering a protective and preventive mindset among all members of society.
